TIME Magazine: Federal government directly involved with murderous Mexican drug cartel

The Sinaloa drug cartel exploded over the past decade to become one of the biggest and most murderous drug cartels in the world. Now the “mainstream media” is reporting that the administrations of George Bush and Barack Obama purposefully provided direct aid to the cartel.
Fast & Furious was just the tip of the iceberg. The US government is allies with one of Mexico’s most murderous drug cartels.
Eric Holder provided the Sinaloa drug cartel with thousands of weapons, and components to build hand grenades. Those weapons have been used to murder at least two members of US law enforcement and over a hundred Mexican citizens.
The Obama regime claims that the weapons were provided to the drug cartel for “research.” It is also admitted by the US government that large shipments of drugs from Mexico are occasionally allowed to enter US cities as “research.”
Now, the mainstream media is reporting that the US Federal government directly aided the Sinaloa Drug Cartel in other ways.
The U.S. government allowed the Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel to carry out its business unimpeded between 2000 and 2012 in exchange for information on rival cartels, an investigation by El Universal claims.
Citing court documents, the Mexican newspaper reports that DEA officers met with top Sinaloa officials over fifty times and offered to have charges against cartel members dropped in the U.S., among other pledges.
Dr. Edgardo Buscaglia, a senior research scholar in law and economics at Columbia University, says that the tactic has been previously used in Colombia, Cambodia, Thailand and Afghanistan.
“Of course, this modus operandi involves a violation of public international law, besides adding more fuel to the violence, violations of due process and of human rights,” he told El Universal.
Myles Frechette, a former U.S. ambassador to Colombia, said while that the problem of drug trafficking in Colombia persists, the tactic of secret agreements had managed to reduce it.
The period when the relationship between the DEA and Sinaloa was supposed to have been the closest, between 2006 and 2012, saw a major surge of violence in Mexico, and was the time when the Sinaloa cartel rose significantly in prominence.

  1. This sordid story is no surprise to astute people who know that the American federal government is, like a worm-infested apple, rotten to its very core and, to some degree, always has been. Even the administration of George Washington, America's first president, ran afoul of the law and morality at various times. Never before, though, has government at every level been afflicted with the rampant corruption that prevails now. The current Obama administration is, without a doubt, the most corrupt...evil...in the history of the American Republic, despite its false claims to the contrary. Ultimately, though, this is the fault of the debased and dumbed-down American electorate. The American electorate has over the years become increasingly decadent, thus it elects increasingly decadent people to represent it. Garbage in, garbage out.
